In this workshop we develop a holistic exercise.

A holistic exercise is close to the very freediving that is to be improved. But still there is some flexibility, that is used to put a focus on a certain weakness or strength.

This approach has a few advantages. For example it makes it much easier to stay unattached to results, because its “just an exercise”, this is crucial to improve pretty much anything. Also varying the training puts us in front of new challenges, and lets us find a fresh answer to the questions:

-What would be an improvement?

-And how to achieve this?  

Every exercise like this is based on adequate technique of the movements involved. So part of this workshop is the review and refining of some of the involved technique before the actual development of a holistic exercise starts.
